How long until my bottle arrives?
We engrave and ship your order in 1–3 working days — most of them within a day.
Is engraving really free?
Yes. Name engraving is included in the price — just add your name at checkout. Custom designs such as logos or complex illustrations may cost extra depending on the artwork.
Will the engraving fade or wear off?
No. Laser engraving cuts into the bottle itself — it removes material instead of adding ink or paint on top. It physically cannot fade, peel or scratch off.
What are the bottles made of?
High-quality, BPA-free stainless steel — built to last and safe for daily use.
Can I preview my design before ordering?
Yes. The customizer shows exactly how your bottle will look before you order. What you see is what gets engraved.
Can I wash it normally?
Hand-washing is recommended to protect the outer color coating. The engraving itself is unaffected by washing — it is in the metal, not on top of it.
Can you engrave our company logo on a larger order?
Yes — from 25 pieces. Upload your logo on our business page, position it on the bottle and request a quote. We reply within one business day.
